We put up peaches last weekend. Thanks to wonderful Hubby for peeling all the peaches. I love the way they look all lined up when the work is done and the mess it cleaned up. It went so smoothly that Hubby wants to do more this weekend.

Wow good for you!! I watched my mom bottle every year, peaches, apricots, jams, jams, jams, pickles, grapes, applesauce, you name it she's bottled it. I think that's enough for my lifetime. I've never bottled...EVER!!
